I am a mixed media contemporary painter and illustrator from Richmond VA that was born in the year 2000. My art focuses on biology, the natural world, and navigating life as an LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent person. I also draw inspiration from mainly LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse subcultures that emerged in the early 2000s, usually influenced by the birth of the internet. In 2012 I began pursuing costume design and creation and I taught myself how to sew. Since then I have created costumes for clients through freelancing and I continue to do so part time, which has lead to my interest in 3D art forms. In the spring of 2023 I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (Communication arts with a scientific illustration concentration) and a minor in Biology with Summa Cum Laude.
